1 2007

Wuxi JUNR Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

2 2008

Recognized by AGILENT in the United States, becoming a qualified supplier.
Recognized by KEITHLEY in the United States, becoming a qualified supplier.

3 2009

Established a DMOS testing technology team for KEITHLEY source meters.

4 2010

Established the overseas company JUNR (HK).

5 2012

Became a member of SEMI.

6 2013

Signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with overseas partners GEME/HR SEM/LIANDONE.

7 2015

Officially launched the probe card manufacturing project, and mass production of probe cards began six months later.

8 2016

Officially recognized as a qualified supplier by SMIC.

9 2017

Became a qualified supplier for Wuxi Metro Group Co., Ltd.
